Begin free on Essentials to run projects and core workflows, move to Pro at $100 per office user per month when you want full accounting, HR, service dispatch, and advanced integrations. Field seats for crews on the iPhone app ($25 per user per month) are coming with the mobile app. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial of the plan you choose at signup — no credit card to start. An Essentials trial includes the Essentials features and 500 AI credits a month, and a workspace can have up to 3 users while its trial runs.

DesignFlow Build is not one generic construction app. Each vertical changes the navigation, the terminology, and the workflows: an owner runs procurements and reviews pay applications, a rep firm tracks territories and commissions, an engineering firm plans deliverables and bills fee. Contracting is included on every plan. Service comes with Pro. The rest are Pro add-ons you switch on yourself from Company Setup — no sales call, no migration.

Field seats are not sold yet; until the app is released, everyone on Pro uses a full office seat.
